What happens at the checkup
- Refrigerator. We inspect it, clean around the compressor and condenser fan, and change the water filter (the filter itself is extra)
- Washer. We inspect it and check how it runs
- Dryer. We clean inside the dryer, clean the dryer vent and lubricate the parts that need it
- Dishwasher. We inspect it and clean the filter
- Wall oven. We inspect it
- Range or cooktop, gas or electric. We inspect it

Is the refrigerator water filter included?
Changing it is part of the checkup. The filter itself is billed separately.
Is the vent cleaning for any dryer?
Yes, gas or electric. We clean the dryer inside and its vent once a year.
