What does the $129 diagnostic include?
We come to your home, find the cause and give you a written price for the repair. If you go ahead, the $129 is credited to your repair.
Do I pay the $129 if I don't go ahead with the repair?
Yes. The diagnostic covers the visit and the time to find the cause. If you go ahead, it's credited to the repair.
Is Saturday more expensive?
No. A Saturday visit costs the same as a weekday visit.
What does the warranty cover?
Every repair has a 180-day warranty on parts and labor. We install OEM parts only, which is why we can back the repair that long. If the same problem comes back, we come back.
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. We're closed on Sunday and we don't offer emergency service.
Which areas do you serve?
Oakton, Vienna, Tysons, Fairfax, Reston, Herndon, McLean, Great Falls, Arlington and Alexandria.
What if my appliance isn't worth fixing?
We'll tell you. If the repair costs too much for the age of the appliance, we say so before any work starts.
Do you offer discounts?
Labor discounts for seniors 65 and over, active military and school teachers. We don't give discounts after the job.
